  If you had 3 people clean that Villa before we arrived you need to sack them all. That Villa & everything in it was filthy & the photos show the filth.

  As for your carpet I never said it was old only DIRTY. As floors are carpeted they need to be vacuumed, which is obviously what doesn't get done..

  As for the children opposite the villa, it wasn't the children I complained about but the fowl language from the parents.

  Yes I can see that you are trying to defend your park, but seriously you need to open your eyes as far as cleanliness in the Villas are concerned . Like I stated your amenity block is cleaner than the Villa we stayed in.

  Checked in about 10pm and the owners couldn't be more helpful. Stayed in a ensuite cabin, good hot shower and really comfy bed. Thanks again. +++++!

  My experience was certainly memorable in the WORST way. I have never been as lost for words as I was when the management told the kids and I to leave the park (while we were still in the shower!)because we took our little chihuahua x puppy in the shower block with us. It was 5pm and we had no option but to drive home. He was so unnecessarily nasty, a really horrible experience!

  Firstly I had called a couple of times & spoke to your wife trying to make my booking which was NOT in the time frames that you do not allow, & on both times she asked me to call back when it was closer to the time that I wanted to stay..

  Flying Fish Point C/P is a small well run park in FNQ The park caters for all with Units and Large caravan sites with slabs. There is a pool and a mini golf course. Yesterday a family came into the park they had a small dog. The dog with owner was seen in the pool and the owner took the dog into the shower with her and washed the dog. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE in any circumstance. Management spoke to the lady. She denied everything and was asked to leave the park. She WENT OFF. UNACCEPTABLE behaviour.

  Would have to be the dirtiest Villa I've ever stayed in. The linen/bedding on bed you couldn't really sleep on, so we had to go out & buy bedding to start with. No mattress protector either. Then you go to use kitchen & in fridge/freezer there's spills,bugs & overall not cleaned, the microwave hadn't been wiped out, a majority of the crockery cutlery had bits of food & coffee around rims of mugs, the cutlery drawer itself was disgusting with dirt,bugs & evidence of cockroaches, which we did see as the night went on..The air con filter we had to clean as there was that much of a build up of dirt n dust on it to the extreme that it was coming through the cover of air con.. In the bathroom you had to make sure that you didn't cut your foot on the cracked tile that was on the floor ( mind you I had my 2 yr old granddaughter with me as well) also the floor was filthy .. A build up of dirt n yuk in the corners. The carpet on the floor hadn't been cleaned in ages. You walked on it with your bare feet & within minutes your feet were black. There were some old receipts on the floor & under cushions dated July 2017. Why were they still there if villa had been cleaned many times i imagine since July & now... I could go on & on. Overall the so called Villa we stayed in was absolutely filthy. I did put in a complaint to the lady at the office & all she did was give me a big smile..... It wasn't a smile I wanted its a CLEAN VILLA TO STAY IN, to which I PAID for. She should've atleast made an effort to come & look at the villa.. There was also the bad language coming from a young family across from us with 4 small children ( permanents). My granddaughter didn't need to be subjected to that filth either. This park definitely needs to do an overhaul on the villa we stayed in & maybe the other villas as well.. We had a look at the amenity block & it was actually cleaner than our villa, so do you just look after your regulars do you?.. I travel quite a fair bit & honestly this is the worst. I do have photos also.. Would not recommend this place to anyone...... Doesn't deserve the 1 star

  As for my hostility, your relief manager was reluctant to do anything about the complaints, she didn't even bother having a look at the villa ( maybe she is 1 of the 3 that so called cleaned it). Yes she did offer us a cabin but also stated that it would be pretty well much the same.
